Return Policy for Little Ones Oasis

Eligibility for Returns:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Receipt: A valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt, is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns littleonesoasis7@gmail.com to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Package Your Return: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels, and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
Refunds:
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
- If you need a different size, colour, or a different item, please contact us to arrange an exchange. We will guide you through the process and help ensure you receive the desired product.
- Process: Once we receive your return and it is approved, we will ship the exchange item at no additional cost.
Defective or Damaged Items:

- We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
